Day 14: Page (Lower Antelope Canyon)

I went swimming this morning, by myself and then to the Jacuzzi. After days traveling, I’m enjoying the nice hotel, where we also had breakfast included. We had the Lower Canyon tour booked at 11:15 with Dixie’s. They asked us to be in there office 30min before the tour. Day 12: from Grand Canyon to Monument Valley

Since we are spending only one night in Monument Valley, we left our hotel at 8:15am, just after having breakfast. Day 11: Grand Canyon

The sunrise was at 6:58, so at 6:00 we were leaving the hotel by car. If you are planning to do this, I recommend you to leave 1 hour before the sunrise, although our hotel was only at 15min driving from the Grand Canyon Visitor Center, because it wasn’t easy to find the right parking and the right path to Mather Point. Day 9: Death Valley

We left our hotel in Ridgecrest at 9:00am and arrived in Mesquite Flat Sand dunes at 11:30am, stoping to take pictures, especially in Trona town, which is an industrial town that appears to be abandoned, but it’s not. Day 8: Sequoia National Park

We had breakfast in our airbnb in Thee Rivers, drove for about 1.5 hour to start our visit to Sequoia National park around 10:30am, stopping first at the visitor center to clarify which trails we were going to do: the easiest one appear to be the General Sherman tree, Moro Rock and Giant Forrest Museum.
