I am an avid fan of Argentine pizzas, and all the influences that the Italians carried to that country, and the way Argentines adapted it. All this because my grandma was Argentinean and I grew up eating her pizzas, passata, gnocchi, etc.
The chefs in PICSA managed to recreated my grandma’s fat and fluffy pizzas that are actually better to eat between two people. They also give you the option of ordering half a pizza of one type and the other half of another type, in case you want to try more than one pizza.
The place has a nice industrial style and very good service, with waiters who explain to you when you arrive that their pizzas are different, they are Argentines.
Definitely a restaurant that I’ll go back.
