1st Day: From Madrid to Bucharest

We left Madrid at 16:10 with Ryanair and carrying only a handbag to travel light. After four hours flying, we arrived in Bucharest airport at 21:00 (local time). A representative from Klass Wagen (car rental company) was waiting for us to indicate us how to take the shuttle to pick up the car (very easy). We paid 505€ for 6 days of car rental. Today is the chance for Brasov. We started by walking from our hotel, after breakfast, to Piața Sfatului (square), passing through Strada Republicii (a street). Our journey through Romania took us today to Sighisoara, a beautiful medieval city, protected by World Heritage since 1999. Today we will spend most of the day in the car. So as we were able to enjoy Sighisoara yesterday, we decided to head north just after breakfast in Sighisoara. Our hotel was really comfortable, and since it was our last day in Romania, we decided to wake up late.
