With the phrase of my little lazy companion of: “take all the photos you want, because this is not going to happen again”, a perfect Sunday begins…

With a cold snap that neither Madrid nor we are used to, with our cameras and mobiles on full battery and with an immense desire to feel the city just for us, we arrived at the Plaza de la Independencia at 8:00 am to enjoy the dawn of Madrid in full.

We toured some streets and El Retiro park, taking lots of photos and accompanied by some brave athletes, and other people with other hobbies. Then we end with a brunch in Vailima.
