Hey! I´m Vero from a beautiful country called Venezuela.

In my day a day I am a Procurement Senior Analyst….it means that I´m accountable for procurement and purchases of different materials and services for an oil company. This job has taken me to incredible and unique places where you might never imagine planning a trip to.

Besides my career, in my spare time all I think about is which country I want to visit next, my biggest passion, and after traveling to a few places I first decided to start my own blog so I don´t have to write down my recommendations every time one of my friends want to go to a place I´ve been. After a pair of posts, I fell in love with my project, so I started adding details about the city I live in (Madrid, most of the time), restaurants I go, etc. A fact: I have no idea how the blog´s name came to my mind, I guess it was a moment of inspiration in my italian class. 

Beside my biggest passion, I would say I love to redecorate my house every now and then, cook for friends, have a nice glass of pacharan (or 2..), my crossfit classes, shop for family and friends, italian and indian culture, bury my feet in the cold sand, history books, to cut my hair, rainy days at home, sunny days with my family in Puerto La Cruz, to buy gifts and to look for flats in internet even when I´m not planning on moving.

The only 2 things I´m 100% sure I don´t like are cats and milk. Well, the cats thing goes to a different level: it´s a phobia, but that´s another story.

    Inesperadamente apareció, sin imaginarlo, sin pensarlo, allí estaba, esperándome… este GENIAL BLOG!!!.
    Mi familia y amigos bien saben que no soy nada aficionada a las redes sociales y aunque parezca extraño en pleno siglo XXI nada tecnológica, pero tropecé con estas fabulosas líneas, a las que ya en menos de 15 minutos casi he devorado por completo!. Atrapada con cada relato, con cada historia, con cada fotografía tan hermosa y hasta con comentarios muy familiares como “La pizza de la Abuela” , jejeje (cómo olvidar esa fabulosa salsa de tomate con la que tanto cuidado Esther vaciaba en sus botellas y teníamos la dicha de saborear cuando le regalaba algunas a mi mamá, uuummm que divinidad!). Verito, a pesar de la distancia y el tiempo transcurrido siempre es reconfortante saber cosas lindas de la familia. Me contenta mucho poder leer estas líneas y sentir la cercanía de tomarme un café contigo en el sofá de tu casa, escuchando tus historias y regalándome tips de viajes. Gracias por compartir.
